2012年万达酒店及度假村，万达酒店及度假村管理公司将会在长沙、太原、泉州、漳州、宁德和淮安管理6家五星级及超五星级酒店，2014年底，旗下管理的酒店将于上海、北京、成都、武汉等门户城市和区域中心城市陆续开业，数量预计将会快速发展到38家。

Wanda Hotels and Resorts is targeting to manage six properties in Changsha, Taiyuan, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Ningde, Huaian which are five-star and five-star plus hotels. Wanda Hotels and Resorts has a substantial development pipeline with projects in the end of 2014 to 38 properties in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan across China
