BreadTalk食品集团于2000年在新加坡正式成立，以投资开设精品面包蛋糕连锁店为主，至今BreadTalk已将业务发展到了印尼，菲律宾，科威特，马来西亚，迪拜，中国，中国香港，泰国，印度，韩国，巴林等各国家，在各地获得普遍好评，在国际上也享誉盛名，更陆续获得最受欢迎品牌、最著名品牌、最有潜质品牌，超级品牌，最成功设计大奖等多个奖项。2003年更是获准在新加坡的证券交易所上市。

在短短几年时间内，BreadTalk品牌深入人心，风靡了整个新加坡，特别在年轻人当中，BreadTalk成为了他们追求生活时尚的方式之一。

授权方式

品牌授权以地级市为基本单位，该市（包括其下属县级市、县）区域内的所有门店，均需由被特许人自己投资经营。

特许经营协议

申请者需要签订一份特许经营协议,且我方有权予以补充更新。

资金需求

经估算厦门面包新语，启动资金需RMB400万，成为一个市级代理商需具备RMB800—1,000万的资金实力。启动资金中包括特许经营费；筹建第一家店所需的设备、装修费用及员工培训费用等。另需按月支付管理费用。

配货和服务

为保障质量控制，需从授权者处购买最小比例的原料和配料。在特许经营协议中详细开列了配货和服务的明细表。

Franchising method:

The brand only licenses territorial franchising rights. A franchisee owns the rights to operate all of the brand's retail stores in a licensed territory. Each territory is defined as an administrative

prefecture/city, which includes the prefecture/city itself and all of the lower level or county level cities and districts under its administrative jurisdiction. All stores in such a territory must be

solely invested and operated by the same rightful franchisee.

Investment requirement:

Start-up investment requires approximately 4,000,000RMB. A territorial franchisee is required to have 8,000,000-10,000,000RMB in funding. Start-up investment fund is to cover franchise licensing fees, equipments and renovation/construction cost for the initial retail store, and guarantee deposit. There is also a monthly administration fee charged by the brand.

Terms of Franchise

The application will sign a ten-year franchise agreement with an option to renew.

Initial Start-up Capital

An estimated initial start-up investment of RMB 4,000,000 is required.This covers the franchise fee,preparation of the first store with complete banking and kitchen equipment and training.Variable costs will include Royalities or Management fees paid monthly to franchisor.

Goods & Services

To ensure quality control, purchase of a minimum percentage of raw material and ingredients from the franchisor is required. A full list of goods & services available is detailed in the Franchise Agreement.
